Magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; gamma-aminobutyric acid; capsule shell: glazing agent - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; L-theanine; zinc citrate (zinc); liposomal melatonin; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

Directions for use

Take three capsules daily with plenty of water. Take before bedtime. The recommended daily serving needed to obtain the beneficial effect is 3 capsules. The beneficial effect of melatonin is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
