Organic ginger powder, organic turmeric powder, magnesium, Chinese angelica root extract, chasteberry extract 4:1, lemon balm extract 10:1, zinc, BioPerine® (black pepper extract), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol); capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (hypromellose).

Suggested use

Take 2 Capsules daily, with, during or shortly after a meal, with a sufficient amount of water.
